Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 June 2026 · Quality Performance Core Ltd

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of qpChat, a private business messaging console operated by Quality Performance Core Ltd ("we", "us"). By using qpChat you agree to these Terms.

────────────────────────────────────────────

1. Acceptance

qpChat is provided to businesses on an invitation-only basis. Access requires credentials issued by an administrator. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

qpChat is a unified inbox that lets a business connect its own messaging channels (WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages / Messenger, Instagram professional accounts, Telegram and Viber bots) and reply to incoming customer conversations from one place. We do not provide the underlying messaging networks; we connect to them on your behalf using credentials you provide.

3. Accounts & roles

Accounts are organised as owner, administrators and managers. Administrators are responsible for the managers they create and for the channels they connect. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use qpChat to:

5. Connected platforms

When you connect a channel, you must comply with that platform's own terms, including the Meta Platform Terms and the WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram policies, the Telegram Bot terms, the Viber terms and the Apple terms. You are responsible for having the rights to connect each channel and to message its customers.

6. Content & ownership

You retain all rights to the conversations and content that pass through your account. We claim no ownership of your messages and use them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. The qpChat software, design and brand remain the property of Quality Performance Core Ltd.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep qpChat available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, update features or suspend the service when necessary.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quality Performance Core Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or messages arising from the connected platforms.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or the rules of a connected platform, or for non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data via our Data Deletion page.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Quality Performance Core Ltd. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
