Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete data stored by qpChat (operated by Quality Performance Core Ltd).

Delete individual messages or chats

Inside the app, an administrator (or the owner) can delete any single message (long-press → Delete) or an entire conversation including all of its messages (swipe a chat → Delete). This removes the data from qpChat immediately.

Delete an entire account and all its data

To permanently delete an administrator account together with its managers, contacts, conversations, connected channels and stored access tokens, send a request:

We verify the request and permanently delete the account and all associated data, normally within 30 days. The account owner can also delete an entire administrator structure directly from the owner panel in the app.

What gets deleted

• Login credentials and profile.
• All managers belonging to that administrator.
• All contacts, conversations, messages and uploaded media.
• All connected channels and their stored access tokens.
• Registered device push tokens and pending requests.

Note on connected platforms

Deleting your qpChat data removes it from our systems. It does not delete the original conversations held by the messaging platforms themselves (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Viber) — manage those in each platform's own settings.
